Off-Season Property Watch

PJM provides off-season property watch services. This service is available from October 1-April 30. This service is to give the owner peace-of-mind that their property has a watchful eye on it.

• Complete property walkthrough

• Check every room inside the property

• Check appliances

• Check and set thermostat

• Check smoke detectors and alarms

• Flush toilets (if not winterized)

• Check windows (frames, screens, locks)

• Check lights

• Perimeter walk (check fencing,sheds)

• Take pictures and send to property owner with brief description of condition of property included would be suggested repairs if needed

• Post storm visits ** Please note post storm visit is included in weekly and biweekly pricing.**

Some of these services cannot be performed if the property is occupied at the time of check.
